It is in circulated condition.

Note the back of this note has several peoples signatures (at least six names, some are real faded).
On the right side says "Short Snorter D. J. P." The bottom right has the date 9/25/42.
A short snorter was a bill that was inscribed by people traveling together on an aircraft. These friends would take local certificates and sign each other's bills creating a "keepsake" of their buddy's signatures.
