Antique Vintage 15 3/4” Porcelain China Head Doll

My friend Harriett is downsizing and I am listing this doll for her.  Harriett said she is called a blonde low brow.  She thought she was made between1860-1900.  I do not know.  She is a little over 15" high.  She has a dyed lavender dress on. Underneath that is guazey slip and some bloomers and a white undergarment.  There is also a red beaded necklace.  Her china shoes and feet are good, as are her hands.  She is beautiful.  Thanks for looking.
