This is a 1934 Silver Certificate, B/P# 610 Mule Note, Blue Seal Note, Julian/Morgenthau signatures, Circulated in very fine condition. Nice addition to most collectors.

? This could likely be caused by the holders. I do scan my items in the BCW holder to limit
unnecessary
handling of the notes. The BCW rigid holders seem to be a tint darker than the BCW semi rigid holders (as I do use both types for my notes). Yes,
